Hi,

I have a PIX 501 at a remote site that I cannot get into now. The users report that the power LED is flashing. I could not find any reference info on this.

Thanks - Wayne

Hi,

Sorry about the wrong info...It turns out that the power LED is not the one flashing, but one of the interface LEDs. We cannot get into it and the users cannot get out, so I am having them send the unit to me and will troubleshoot it then. Thanks again
