HI All,

I have question about Shaping and Priority in ASA 5520. We have 3M bonded T1 WAN I'm wondering if I shape 2.5M for data and 500K for voice and configure the burst to 3M is this will effect the voice 500k bandwidth?

or if I used it without burst does this will always leave the 500K free even there is no voice packets?

I'll be very appreciated if one blow me with an idea

Note: ASA OS 8.2

You could try providing priority to the voice over IP packets matching EF.

Regards,

Luis Sandi
