How to allow Network monitoring station (which is on LAN) to access public ip address passing through multiple firewalls.

Network monitoring station which is there on LAN is trying to poll the public IP address of internet router .traffic is passing like network monitoring station-----L3 switch---intranet firewall----internet firewall---internet router.

what will be requirements for this
