    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have to configure a sip trunk between our pix 515e (version 7.0.4) and the service provider's sip network.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, you can pass SIP traffic through PIX firewall. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All you need to do is enable sip inspection, and also configure the necessary NAT translation and open up access-list to allow SIP traffic through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sample configuration that you reference has the sample configuration for SIP, just look through the "Configurations for SIP" section.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
