Need help recovering & Resetting the password IPS 4240

I have a 4240 that I hav eno password for and I am struggling reset it. I have followed the Cisco ROMMON Here is the instructions

Step 1 Reboot the appliance.

Step 2 To interrupt the boot process, press ESC or Control-R (terminal server) or send a BREAK command (direct connection).

The boot code either pauses for 10 seconds or displays something similar to one of the following:

•Evaluating boot options

•Use BREAK or ESC to interrupt boot

Step 3 Enter the following commands to reset the password.

confreg 0x7

boot

OK after booting I get a screen with two options

1-IPS

2- IPS Recover

I choose #2 and it boots to BusyBox. NOw I am in a Linux prompt, what is next I can't find any info. THe End Game is to get the pass reset and restore the 4240 to default to use for the my cert study. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use BREAK or ESC to interrupt boot.
Use SPACE to begin boot immediately.
Boot interrupted.

Use ? for help.
rommon #0> confreg 0x7
Update Config Register (0x7) in NVRAM...

That should be the end of the story with this you should bypass the password.

If this is not working adn since the main goal is to play around with the IPS in order to certify yourself you can re-image your IPS.
