Dear Experts!!!!

In one of my client location i configured ASA 5510 with CSC-SSM-10.

CSC-SSM-10 havning security plus license and ASA having base license.

In inside network they had a symantec antivirus server. To get antivirus updates from the internet that server needsto run HTTP SSL service.

Here the problem is that service is stopping if i connect the antivirus server inside the firewall. But if conncet that server directly to the internet( they had one more internet connetiction) that service is continuously running.

Below are the observations while troubleshooting!!!!!

1.That service not stopping immediately if i conncet my server inside to the firewall( It will take 1 to 2 hours)

2. And i also bypass the traffic from antivirus server to go CSC module ( Excluded antivirus server IP). So now traffic is going directly to the internet through the firewall without filtering by CSC module.

3. That service is continuously running if conncet that server directly to the another internet connection.

For your reference i was attached configuration below.

Plaese help me to sove this issue.

we need a little bit of more info, what is the Xlate that you have for this server... can you take captures of a succesful connection and one that breaks?
