Hello,

I have a problem connecting a remote VPN ASA5510 Version 8.3 and Dell latitude laptop with a 4300 card SFR 3G. Note that the phones have a cisco VPN client version 5.0.07.0440 (Laptop with Windows 7 64bit) and 5.0.07.0410 (Laptop with Windows XP 32-bit or 7).

The Laptop connect properly and they can work but as soon as the 3G signal is weaker, we have disconnections.

Symptom: after several disconnects (while the card is connected SFR 3G), we have a message from the VPN client, the client does not respond.

In the Device Manager, Network Adapters in the line "Cisco Systems VPN adapter" is a red check mark.

There must be enabled for this device to reconnect without restarting the laptop computer.

If anyone has a solution, I'm interested,

thanks

Hi Laurent,

If you are asking if anyconnect can be used for IPSec, answer is no. Anyconnect client version 3 and above though is capable of IKEv2 VPN tunnels.

Regards,

Prapanch
