      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This looks similar to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H6&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/cisco/psn/bssprt/bss?searchType=bstbugidsearch&amp;amp;page=bstBugDetail&amp;amp;BugID=CSCti57119" target="_blank"&gt;CSCti57119&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/H6&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Workaround:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can remove the initial packet file with the&amp;nbsp; command "erase packet-file" and this generally is enough space to get&amp;nbsp; past the errors for config or update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will then need to enter&amp;nbsp; into the service account, and remove the pack-file* from the directory&amp;nbsp; "/usr/cids/idsRoot/var". You may use the command:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bash-2.05b# rm /usr/cids/idsRoot/var/packet-file*&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should clean up the packet-files that have been left behind.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changes to the service account are only recommended with TAC assistance.
