Such errors, if occuring once in a while, are ok. It means the inspection engine was busy analyzing packets and could not send the latest statistics.

If this error is coming very often, it means inspection engine is very much occupied. It may be a bad configuration or deviced is overwhelmed with packets.

Regards,

Sawan Gupta

In the past week or so I have been unable to view historical events in the event monitoring tab of the IME for times when I was not logged on to the IME interface. I am able to manaully generate the event log from the sensor monitoring area and it does show events for the times in question though.

In the event monitoring logs I see the following error:

evError: eventId=6823189867764

errorMessage: - collectStatistics failed: System error: Could not get user mode interface statistics [IntfcManager::IntfcManager] name=errSystemError

Can anyone shed light on what is going on here or what to troubleshoot.

Thank you.

Mike
