Outside port we cant get SSH connection.

I assume that this is an ASA that you are trying to SSH to?

If it is, have you configured SSH to be allowed on the outside interface?

ssh 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 outside

This might be the issue with missing "ssh 0 0 outside" command.
