      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have had this issue in the past with our sensors and the only way that we were able to clear it was with a reboot of the sensor.&amp;nbsp; If you decide to reboot then you should probably do a "show tech" before the reboot and open a case with support to see what the root cause of the issue was.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
