Pix Firewall 506e Problem

Hello,

I have a pix firewall 506e which IOS ver.4.3. After I reloaded it, it just shows the below message:

32 MB RAM

And then nothing happened, so I couldnot manage it(IOS or Hardware Problem). Plz help me to fix this issue.

Hi,

I think version 4.3 is the boothelper image.

Anyway, see if you can get to the "monitor mode" to rule out hardware issues, then proceed with the pix os upgrade as a last resort:

Thank you for the reply.

Is there any other possible solution to fix the problem beside upgrading IOS, because I don't have any ios in hand.

Any solution would be appreciated.
