Recently i install the PDM ver 3.0(1) on to two PIX 525 ios ver 6.3(3).

There is one pix on the inside of my network and one on the outside. I am experiencing two separate issues. One does not load once the password is entered it just sits there with the hour glass going for hours if I let it. this pix is on the inside and it is being accessed from the inside of my network.

The second does not even load GUI, I get a page can not be found when I try. this is located on the outside of the network and has been accessed from both inside and outside.

I just want to know if there are any other troubleshooting steps, having read everything that Cisco has to offer, and before reloading the PDM software would like to have any help that can be offered.

The first issue (one with inside PIX) is likely to be caused by your browser incompatibility or Java plug-in. Have you tried using different browser types( i.e Firefox, IE, Mozilla, etc).

On the second issue, check and make sure you've gone through all the steps to configure/enable PDM as shown in the following document:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/netmgtsw/ps2032/products_installation_guide_chapter09186a008017a422.html

Look at the following document for information on how to troubleshoot PDM issue:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/netmgtsw/ps2032/products_installation_guide_chapter09186a008017a424.html

Sincerely,

Binh
