We have just installed the PIX 515E, for some reason, our accounting group can not access some banking websites. they can get to the Main Site, but as soon as they login they get an error.

Is there a way I can explicitly allow these websites to go through the pix?

It's pretty wierd. The sites worked fine untill we installed the PIX (Friday).

Either we get a 404, or when we click 'Login' and we get an error about login and pass.

I will get you the exact message tomorrow when we try from work again.

hi ,

try isolating the problem. try bypassing the pix (by opening any access from inside) and see if you are able to access. In case you arent, then there is some other problem which we have to look into.

Raj

In situations like this I would enable logging on the pix to see what the pix actually is seeing when you try to access those secure sites.

to enable looging do:

(in config mode)

logging on

logging buffer debug

<TRY to="" access="" the="" secure="" site="" form="" your="" inside="" network=""></TRY>

sho log

Post the results here or if you like send to myself: jmia@ohgroup.co.uk also, a quick look at your pix configuration will help too, pls take out any sensitive info before posting.

To disable logging just issue: no logging on, and no logging buffer debug.

Hope this helps and let me know how you get on.

Jay
