Help -- I am trying to create a workable config for the Polycom desktop videoconferencing CODEC going through our PIX 525 IOS 6.3.4. Our Gatekeeper is running on a 7206 VXR in front of the PIX which is running IOS 12.3.8T. The probelme is that the internal CODEC is succesful in registering on the Gatekeeper, However, the CODEC returns a registration failed message. Any help our suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please collect syslogs. See if they give any pointers. Are h323 fixups enabled? how is the config looks like. do you have static defined ? have you tried opening up access-list onthe outside interface?

thanks
