topic Pix Traffic Priority. Is it possible? in Network Security

Is it possible to set a priority to traffic on the pix either by IP or protocol? And if so is this possible through VPN? I have a video conferencing traffic I would like set priority for.

Thanks

Currently, the PIX does not have the ability to provide any level of QOS to packets traversing it. PIX 7.0 is going to include some LLQ as well as prioritization of traffic though I am not sure at this time how this is going to look.

So, to answer your question...not right now but we might be able to do this when the 7.0 release is available (sometime in March).

Scott
