    <description>&lt;P&gt;Running version 7 and  ASDM 5. Syslog server is setup in ASDM menu and nothing is logged on the syslog server.  logging enabled.  Other enabled logging works.  PIX--&amp;gt;Router--&amp;gt;Switch--&amp;gt;Syslog Server Worked before upgrade to 7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From CLI:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;# show logging&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Syslog logging: enabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    Facility: 20&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    Timestamp logging: enabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    Standby logging: disabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    Deny Conn when Queue Full: disabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    Console logging: disabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    Monitor logging: disabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    Buffer logging: disabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    Trap logging: level informational, facility 20, 1122799 messages logged&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;        Logging to inside 192.168.X.X tcp/1470 disabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;    History logging: level alerts, 556467 messages logged&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why does it show logging to tcp/1470 disabled????!!! Does ASDM work??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any info&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you mean logging to ASDM? or logging to SYSLOG doesnot work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you try "logging host 192.168.x.x"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
