hi all

i am looking for redundant asa deployment for failover set up . however both units have csc cards.

does this product ASA5510-CSC10-K9 has license for failover ?

what's the part no for asa failover licence ?

I'm pretty sure the highest level of licensing for the asa itself is the security plus bundle. This will allow you to meet the potential of the asa, however, different modules come with different licensing requirements (e.g. IDS module has it's own license) and I'm not sure about your csc cards.

As I have the security plus bundle on my asa 5510 I know the part number is ASA5510-SEC-BUN-K9 - ASA 5510.

You can check if the failover license is active or not from the "sh ver".
