Hi All,

Please do you know where I can get more information about these IPS Subcription Contracts

CBSU, NSSW, NSST, NSSE, NSSP, NSS2, NSOS, NSOE, NSOP, NSO2, SUSW, SU1, SU2, SU3, SU4, SUO1, SUO2, SUO3, SUO4, SFA1, SFA2, SFA3, SFA4, SFC1, SFC2, SFC3, SFC4, SFRF, SFSW, SUSA.

I am currently unable to call the Cisco Services for IPS contract Sales team and will appreciate a weblink with sufficient information to advise a customer on which of them to purchase.

A quick response will be highly appreciated.

Thanks Andrey,

I checked it out but only saw the below IPS Service programs SU1, SU2, SU3, SU4, SU01, SU02, SU03 and SU04. Does it mean I cannot get the others. I also tried using the dynamic configurator tool to check and all I got where the same eight above.

I am really baffeld as to why the Cisco Services for IPS sales team do not have an email address.

Anyway any more help will be highly appreciated.

I don't sure but I think that support levels described in the document are provided by Cisco directly and others are provided by its' partners. Cisco employee answer will be very useful.
