Does anyone have a good link that I can go to configure AAA TACACS on the ASA? I would like to know how to configure AAA on the ASA to go to the ENABLE MODE after authenticating to the TACACS server. Right now, when I log in, it takes me to the user mode (asa>).

Unlike in IOS, we cannot go directly to enable mode in ASA. This is by design as ASA and most probably because ASA is a security product.

Here is the config guide.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/security/asa/asa82/configuration/guide/access_aaa.html

Paps
