    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi all i have configured the Cisco firewall with the following interface.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GigabitEthernet0/0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GigabitEthernet0/0.1 (Inside01) VLAN-1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GigabitEthernet0/1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GigabitEthernet0/1.1(Lan Based Failover) VLAN-110&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GigabitEthernet0/1.2(Statefull Failover) VLAN-120&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GigabitEthernet0/2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GigabitEthernet0/2.1(Outside01) VLAN-510&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GigabitEthernet0/3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GigabitEthernet0/3.1(DMZ) VLAN-310&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have checked all the valid interfaces are having IP address and also are enabled state.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to configure in Failover Mode.Active/Standby&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am missing some route because of which i am not able to communciation with the other network through any of the sub-interfaces.&amp;nbsp; If i assign the IP to the physical interface everything works properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea on where i am going wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vivek&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Prasad,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Difficult to tell without having a look at the configuration:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could you just provide the configuration:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;show run interface&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;show switch vlan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;show run nameif&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also could you explain how you created the VLANs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Varun&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
