      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello support,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have configured here remote access VPN, for accessing INSIDE server to remote access purpose.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had try to connect server through cisco VPN client but its show us in LOG i.e build inbound connection for outside x.x.x.x to INSIDE y.y.y.y&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but its not getting connected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to check if the VPN is established (the tunnel), you can check phase 1 with &lt;STRONG&gt;sh cry isa sa&lt;/STRONG&gt; and phase 2 with &lt;STRONG&gt;sh cry ips sa&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the tunnel is established, the next step is to pass traffic through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To check if there's traffic passing check the encrypted/decrypted settings with&lt;STRONG&gt; sh cry ips sa&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If no traffic is flowing through the tunnel, could be that ESP or UDP 4500 is being blocked in the path.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also there might be a filter preventing VPN traffic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide more details so we can help you out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Federico.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
