    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When that has happened to me the tftp server wasn't running or I lacked port connectivity to the tftp server. I did see it have a problem with the file name once as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got around it by specifying a tftp server and path in the pix config.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are in Windows, try restarting your tftp server. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try creating a file in the TFTP root directory called '622'.  Some TFTP servers require that a 0 byte file exist before writing to it.  Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scott&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

If it's on the outside, you will have to specify it using the 'tftp-server' command, eg:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tftp-server outside 204.142.253.86 /&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
