There hasn't been too many GD release in ASA software. Typically the latest version within the minor version is the most stable which included many bug fixes.

FYI: 8.3.x and above has major change to the NAT feature (completely changed) as well as a number of other new features released.

Hi guys,

When I go to the download ASA software most of them are ED releases, through I do see 3 interim release versions. Why are there no General release (GD) versions (in the 8.x.x code path)? Or are ED or Interim releases considered stable?

TIA
