      <title>Can't ftp via an html link after pix config change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After changing the pix config from conduit statements to access lists, I can't seem to access ftp sites via links on a web page.  The connection just times out.  I can access the same sites via an ftp command line session.  I can't think of any earthly reason for this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
