topic Pix 501 Firewall in Network Security

I work for a small company and we are in need of a firewall and don't want to spend too much money. We looked into purchasing the Pix 501 firewall. Question I have is this. I need to know if the Pix 501 can handle our needs. We have 2 VPN tunnels established with 2 clients at all times. We have maybe 2 to 3 remote site users and about 10 in office users. Will this Pix firewall handle our needs?

maybe. a 10 user licensed pix 501 will allow a max of 10 hosts to talk thru the pix to the outside world.

A 10 user 501 will retail for around 400US street. If you are expecting growth, look at the 50 user.

All pix 501s, whether 10, 50 or unlimited users allow a maximum of 10 concurrent vpn tunnels, whether they are site to site vpn tunnels, or end user vpn tunnels.
