      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Ilir,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What version of software are you running on the CSC module (check the output of 'show module 1 detail' from the ASA's command line).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are a handful of bugs that can cause the behavior you are seeing. I would recommend upgrading to 6.3.1172.3 and then monitoring to see if the issue persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Mike&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I would suggest to reimage the module.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We sometimes see that issue when having patches on it. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would expect a re-image to stabilize the services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope it helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Ilir,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a bug filed for this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CSCtl21378 - LogServer process crashes on CSC module&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no publicly released fix for this bug yet, so I would recommend opening a TAC case for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Mike&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Manfred,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The bug fix is not integrated into any CCO release yet, but there is an engineering fix available. You can open a TAC case and have an engineer install it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Mike&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
