<title>topic ASA Bot Filter Feature in Network Security</title>
    <link>https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-security/asa-bot-filter-feature/m-p/1565453#M615572</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I am considering purchasing the bot filter feature for the ASA, but was asked a question during the approval process that I can't seem to find an answer for. The question is, when the 1 year license expires, does the filter stay as is (as in stops downloading updates), or does it simply stop functioning all together, allowing everything to pass through again. Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
