If that doesn't;t fix this issue, you need to RMA the unit to Cisco.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cisco might just let you RMA the unit as is if you have a contract, but bringing it is faster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Bob&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
