PPTP passthru doesn't work with PAT addresseses on the PIX, it is not supported as yet. You need to do a one to one translation. For the router as a nat device, it does support it on some codes. see:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/471/pptp_pat.html

I need to allow multiple clients on my internal network that are using internal addresses to establish a PPTP VPN connection via Windows 2000 native VPN client through my PIX 515 (version 6.1) and 2600 Router (version 12). Currenlty I do not have any access list applied on either the PIX or Router.

I have, in the past, been able to allow specific NATted machines to establish VPN connectivity through my other PIX and Router. What do I need to do to allow an entire private subnet to establish a VPN via PPTP to a single external address?
