    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We tried that and no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After then, we opened the device, unplugged the Slot connected it back again and the device was not detected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally, we RMA'ed the slot and configured&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway THANKS for the comments and help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you reload the module, does it recover?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hw module 1 reload/reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, the only option is to re-image the module.&amp;nbsp; Here are the re-imaging steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ips/7.0/configuration/guide/idm/idm_system_images.html#wp1230355"&gt;http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ips/7.0/configuration/guide/idm/idm_system_images.html#wp1230355&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The software is available here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://tinyurl.com/6kpfu9b"&gt;http://tinyurl.com/6kpfu9b&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If re-maging does not work, then the issue is most likely hardware related.&amp;nbsp; Thus, you will probably need a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The correct command is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;asa#hw-module module 1 reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will do a hardware reset on the module. The 'reload' command will only do a software reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Sid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
