    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have problems with access to WS-SVC-IDSM-2 because when I try to access by CLI with command session slot 10 processor 1 appears following message:&lt;BR /&gt;The default escape character is Ctrl-^, then x.&lt;BR /&gt;You can also type 'exit' at the remote prompt to end the session&lt;BR /&gt;Trying 127.0.0.101 ... Open&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Connection to 127.0.0.101 closed by foreign host]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me with solution a this error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ana Maria&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please share the output of "show module" from the 6500 switch?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, have you tried to power off the module from the switch, and reseat the module?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
