    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as I know it has to be manual. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think you could also try on &lt;EM&gt;wininit.exe in order to tell windows to start IME at startup but you will still need to log in manually.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Start IME at boot up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a VM that I run IME on.&amp;nbsp; The problem I have is if there is a power outage or other event that causes the ESX server to reboot, then I have to login to the IME server and start IME.&amp;nbsp; Can I setup the IME to auto load?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
