ASA boot loop infinite

Hi all,

Our firewall boot loop infinite, i try to stop it to getting crashinfo file but i couldn't. I used password-recovery but boot loop still exist, for ROMMON mode, no command to show files in flash or disk0. how can i do? In addition, i would like to re-upload image file to ASA but i'm not sure, can i upload the identical image to device or i need to delete it first?

Hello,

What code version you are running on the firewall right now? Where there any

hardware/software changes after which it started rebooting? Can you post

some screen shot of the reboot messages that you are seeing?

Hello,

Do you have this device in a failover pair? Can you disconnect all the

cables and reboot this device in stand-alone mode? Most likely you might be

hitting a bug. The outputs indicate that the device crashes when it is

checking for interface status. Removing the device from failover might help

alleviate the issue.

Hi,

Yes, already unplug all cabling from firewall but problem still occurring and firewall couldn't write dump file in flash, actually firewall was enabled feature to saved
