TCP DUMP to be anyalysed for lotus notes mail delivery / delayed delivery

Dear all,

In my network , lotus notes mail is not delivered / delayed delivery to few users ( not specific to any domain) .When i check with ironport support team, they asked me to create TCP DUMP and analyze the same.

Could you help to create and analyze the TCP dump relates to mail delivery.

where exactly have they asked you to collect tcp dump

and if i understand it right all you need to do is sniff the packets on the line and analyze them
