      <title>Ssh with Pix</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Cisco PIx 506,i have tried to connect with Ssh but the Pix deny my connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't connect to Ssh from the remote ip address a.b.c.d&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My config is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ssh a.b.c.d 255.255.255.255 outside.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Cisco Pix don't have 3Des.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thak you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can get a des license from Cisco for free if you need from.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/ciscosecure/pix.shtml" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/ciscosecure/pix.shtml&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need a valid CCO login to get to that url.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After you get that key here is a document to get ssh configured on the PIX...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/110/authtopix.shtml#localSSH" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/110/authtopix.shtml#localSSH&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The document shows how to do local and AAA authentication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps and good luck....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
