      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also the same problem, I am using&amp;nbsp; firmware &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.2.0.9&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to block a URL for a Specific IP, or IP range,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the problem was that it only worked on http (port 80), if the user change the site to https&amp;nbsp; (port 443) it overide the rule and provides the access to the site (of course the site can be access by https also)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
