      <title>CSA desktop agent not installing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After downloading the agent kit from the CSAMC, I click to run the setup it acts like its going to open then nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried it on windows vista 32 and 64 bit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
