    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The alias command is for "DNS doctoring" (have inside and outside interface) or "Destination NAT"  (inside, DMZ, outside interface).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even you use alias command, you still can access the public ip address from the inside for sure.       <description>&lt;P&gt;On Pix 506 I configured three public IP's as static convertion for Private address ex: the inside address are 10.0.0.201-203 aqnd public address is 207.49.24.50-52&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The public IP's are not registered &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even after configuring  the Alias command the public IP's are accesable from the Inside Network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NAT is Enabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No Inside DNS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sysopt noproxyarp inside&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; IS their any this eles to configure to make this work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
