I am assuming you mean the access-list vanishes after reload. The only time the ACL entry can vanish is when you don't save the configuration. Do you happen to miss saving the configuration prior to reload?

What is configured and what went missing after the reload? and what version of ASA do you have?

Getting error message "access-list used in static nat has different local addresses" while configuring the static nat statement. But the configuration exists in the running config and the same is working fine. But upon reboot of the device the statemant vanishes. Why is it happenning so?

Thanks
