PDM hangs at second window

Attached is a jpeg screenshot showing

where PDM hangs. It stayed at this same spot for

over an hour.

IE 8.0 with java 1.4.0 worked fine. I just ran into this issue today.

MAy I inquire as to where you obtained java 1.4.0? The lowest

version I can find is 1.4.2 and this did not work

So I found a copy of java 1.4.0

and loaded that in. When I tried to access the PIX via PDM it still hung at the second screen. I removed all other revisions of Java and still no joy. As a matter of fact now the second window goes blank right after accepting the secuirty certificate.

While one PC with java 1.4.0 and IE 8 worked today, two others failed.
