NAC Guest User - How to delete/remove Guest Accounts

Hi,

Can anybody advise me how to remove/delete Guest User accounts created in NAC Guest Server.

We I log with my sponsor account (local account) I could not see any option to delete or remove Guest users. We have so many guest accounts in the database which are either Inactive or Expired and looking for a method to remove or delete them.

NGS Version: 2.0.1

I second this motion. Could someone from Cisco provide any documentation on deleting inactive and expired accounts?

Currently this isn't possible. There's an enhancement request for this (Notes say it's to be fixed in 2.1) which you can follow: CSCte05145

Hi Faisal,

I just installed two NAC Guest Servers at two different customers.

Both asked me about how to delete Guest Users.

Is there a timeframe of Version 2.1?

Will the delete feature definitely be included?
