topic Blocking anonymous proxy usage in Network Security

Does anyone know if there is a way to block anonymous proxy using the asa 5510. i also have the ips module installed, just in case that helps with the situation. I know I can create reg ex definitions for every web proxy, but that would take days to enter. I have blocked certain websites using reg ex statements, but I work with a group of developers and sooner or later they will discover they can get around the blocks by using the proxy's.

Thanks for the help
