      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try removing it from the chassis once and then reinsert. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that does not work, and you cant re-image the module by any menas, go for RMA, as mentioned by the first responder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Farrukh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
