      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Anvar,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 403 error you are seeing indicates the page the IDS tried to access came back with a response of "forbidden". &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would start by checking to ensure you have a valid license installed and a valid CCO username/password configured.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Mike&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
