Auto update Issue

Hi all

I configured the IDSM to enable auto update from cisco.But auto update is not happening and i am getting the following error.Please help me to solve this problem

Hi Anvar,

The 403 error you are seeing indicates the page the IDS tried to access came back with a response of "forbidden".

I would start by checking to ensure you have a valid license installed and a valid CCO username/password configured.
