"Not Profiled" Message displayed in Pie chart of NAC Profiler

Hi,

Nac Profiler had discovered the endpoints but the end points are not getting profiled automatically.

It shows "Not Profiled" Message in Pie chart of NAC Profiler.

Also in DHCP Vendor it is Showing "null" message.

Kindly help on this also provide suggestion to overcome this problem.

Hi,

"Not Profiled" means that these endpoints were discovered, however the was no profile match for them, so they stay on the Not Profiled group.

This is not a problem, but rather a way of presenting the endpoints that have no matching profile.

If you want these endpoints to be placed on a specifi Profile you need to create the profile and rules to match the data of these endpoints. Then they will move from the "Not profiled" group to the matching profile.
