    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Downgrading java version to java 6 update 7 on the test machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) On the host machine, Control Panel &amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Java&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Under General tab &amp;gt; Network Settings &amp;gt; select "Direct connection"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Under General tab &amp;gt; Temporary internet files &amp;gt; Delete Files&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if this helps, else please upload the configuration so that we can look into the same. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Output for 'debug http 255' and java logs from the host machine will be really helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manish&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot connect to ASA 5520 using ASD applet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We were preiousl ale tdo this.  Now when e try we get:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"DM Launcher Version checking failed with java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: recv failed".  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas, or more info?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chuck&lt;/P&gt;</description>
