    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue has been sorted out.In case if you face a similar problem you just have to follow the password recovery procedure.This will enable the default cisco user with admin privilege.Later on we may create or delete more users and assign them priviledges as required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Lost Admin Privilege User</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had two users with admin privilege on the IPS 4240.However,both these users got deleted somehow and am left only with the user cisco having privilige "viewer".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way other than using the recovery software that i may get the admin users created.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, i do not have the shell level access wherein i can do a su-root and create users.Also, please suggest if this is the correct image to do recovery IPS-K9-r-1.1-a-6.1-2-E3.pkg.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
