    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to auto update the Clean Access and get following message. Can anyone suggest what can be the problem. The IP of CAM is nated on PIX forewall with any-any access list but still update is not complete. I would like to inform that it is a new install. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-------------- &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cisco auto-update is scheduled to start 17:03:00 and repeat every 1 hours &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have the latest version (Ver. 4.1.1.0) of Windows Cisco Clean Access Agent installer &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rules could not be downloaded from the Cisco server &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Supported AV/AS product list could not be downloaded from the Cisco server &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Default host policies could not be installed &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS detection fingerprint could not be installed &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Latest version (Ver. 2.0.1.2) of L3 Java Applet web client already installed &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Latest version (Ver. 2.0.1.2) of L3 ActiveX web client already installed &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OOB switch OIDs could not be installed &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;---------------------------- &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using AV rules or PC rules?  They should be automatically updated if you are using AV rules, but will have to be manually updated if you are using PC rules.  If you are using AV rules, please let me know the OS and exact version of Norton Internet Security. Here is a link to the supported antivirus programs and versions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
