    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any experience with CSA agent version 6.0.0.201 causing "hangs" on Linux AS release 4? I have an SA reporting that since installing the agent, the system hung three times in 4 days, so he uninstalled it. How should I proceed? Suggest he re-install and disable one or all of the shims? Advice appreciated...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;First thing is to get specific info on the time/date of those "hangs" and check the csamc for logs at that specific time, denying actions can also cause hangs on applications and/or the O/S&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
